Wicked Reports Cancellation and No Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Although Wicked Reports expects you will be completely satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason by sending Wicked Reports an email to support@wickedreports.com notifying us of your decision to cancel, which email will be your cancellation notice. Your cancellation will be effective one day prior to the next billing date immediately following Wicked Reports’ receipt of your cancellation notice, and the effective date will be your cancellation date.

IF YOU CANCEL A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH A 6-MONTH OR 12-MONTH COMMITMENT (EACH, A “COMMITMENT PERIOD”), YOU WILL CONTINUE TO OWE WICKED REPORTS THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE APPLICABLE COMMITMENT PERIOD, AND WICKED REPORTS WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THAT MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE THROUGH THE END OF YOUR COMMITMENT PERIOD.

Your subscription and access to your Wicked Reports account will terminate on the last day of your subscription term (or Commitment Period if applicable) in which the cancellation date occurs; provided that if Wicked Reports issues you a refund with respect to your subscription in accordance with the sole exception to its No Refund Policy set forth below, your subscription and access to your Wicked Reports account will terminate on the cancellation date.

No Refund Policy

Wicked Reports does NOT offer any refunds to subscribers (including for partial months that might remain on your Wicked Reports subscription following your cancellation), except as follows:

Annual subscriptions to Wicked Reports renew automatically for an additional year (such year, the “Renewal Year”) unless Wicked Reports receives your cancellation notice at least thirty (30) days BEFORE the renewal date for that Renewal Year. If Wicked Reports receives your cancellation notice at least thirty (30) days BEFORE the renewal date, you will not be charged the annual renewal subscription fee for that Renewal Year (the “Renewal Fee”). If the Renewal Fee was already charged at the time Wicked Reports receives your timely cancellation notice (i.e., received at least thirty (30) days BEFORE the renewal date), Wicked Reports will issue you a full refund of that Renewal Fee within thirty (30) days following your cancellation date.

If Wicked Reports does NOT receive your cancellation notice at least thirty (30) days BEFORE the renewal date, the Renewal Fee is non-refundable and your subscription will continue through the end of the Renewal Year. You will not receive a refund for any other amounts paid to Wicked Reports.
