
Junior Product Manager
The Jr. Product Manager is responsible for working with the Product Manager on activities related to understanding customer challenges and defining solutions to solve those challenges.
Their duties include completing market research and competitor analysis. They will work with different departments and conduct customer research and help ensure we are addressing the most important product priorities.
The Jr. Product Manager will work with Customer Success to ensure product questions are answered in a timely manner. They will define feature requirements so developers can successfully build the desired features. They will work closely with developers to answer any open questions and assist with prioritization.
The Jr. Product Manager must be a highly motivated problem solver. They need to be detail oriented and comfortable with processes around software development.

Responsibilities - what you’ll do
- Build trusting relationships with members of all departments to fully understand our industry marketplace and product
- Conduct Competitor analysis
- Build relationships with customers and identify areas of improvement for our software
- Think deeply about how to solve the challenges of our customers
- Participate in design sprints to define software solutions to make our customers more successful.
- Create feature requirements and user stories for new features
- Work with developers to ensure they are building the right features
- Work with Product Manager to ensure feature priorities line up with company goals
- Work with the Customer Success team to help ensure the entire team understands the features we are building and why someone should use them.
- Create basic training material for internal team members and customers
- Be an advocate for our customers to ensure we’re creating as much value for them as possible.
Skills & Qualifications - who you are
- 1 or more years experience with Product Management
- Detail oriented
- Natural collaborator and great communicator
- Team oriented problem solver who is always motivated to find solutions
- Customer focused
- Comfortable with decision making and prioritization
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Enjoys working with data and understands the value of data driven decision making
- Experience with product analytics
