Cancellation and Refund Policy

Wicked Reports Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy. Although Wicked Reports expects you will be completely satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason by sending Wicked Reports an email to support@wickedreports.com notifying us of your decision to cancel, which email will be your cancellation notice. Your cancellation will be effective on the earlier of (a) the fifteenth (15th) day following the date on which Wicked Reports receives your cancellation notice and (b) the date Wicked Reports terminates access to your Wicked Reports account and the effective date will be your cancellation date. If Wicked Reports is not obligated to issue you a refund with respect to your subscription in accordance with its Refund Policy, your subscription will terminate on the last day of the subscription term in which the cancellation date occurs. If Wicked Reports is obligated to issue you a refund with respect to your subscription in accordance with its Refund Policy, your subscription will terminate on the earlier of (i) the last day of the subscription term in which the cancellation date occurs and (ii) the cancellation date.

Refund Policy.

Wicked Reports does NOT offer any refunds to subscribers (including for partial months that might remain on your Wicked Reports subscription following your cancellation), except as follows:
1. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TO WICKED REPORTS AND WICKED REPORTS RECEIVES YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE WITHIN THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE DATE YOU PAID WICKED REPORTS THE RELATED ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE, WICKED REPORTS WILL ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND OF THAT FEE.
2. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TO WICKED REPORTS THAT RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR (SUCH YEAR, THE “RENEWAL YEAR”) AND WICKED REPORTS RECEIVES YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE WITHIN THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE DATE YOU PAID WICKED REPORTS THE ANNUAL RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THAT RENEWAL YEAR (THE “RENEWAL DATE”), WICKED REPORTS WILL ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND OF THAT FEE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ANY AMOUNTS PAID TO WICKED REPORTS PRIOR TO THE APPLICABLE RENEWAL DATE.
3. IF YOU (A) PURCHASE A KICKSTART OR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO WICKED REPORTS, (B) COMPLETE WICKED FAST SETUP, AND (C) WICKED REPORTS RECEIVES YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE WITHIN THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE EARLIEST DATE ON WHICH YOU PURCHASED A WICKED REPORTS SERVICE (WHETHER KICKSTART OR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION), WICKED REPORTS WILL ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND OF ALL AMOUNTS THAT YOU PAID TO WICKED REPORTS.

IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE WICKED FAST SETUP PRIOR TO WICKED REPORT’S RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND FROM WICKED REPORTS.
Wicked Reports will issue any refund due hereunder within thirty (30) days following your cancellation date.
